You may have seen dozens of tiny houses on HGTV during the past few years. Now, at the Made in Swarthmore house tour, you will have an opportunity to see and walk through Swarthmore’s own tiny house, designed by local architects Cueto/Kearney. This and seven other properties will be open from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 18.

The tour booklet outlines a pleasant walking/biking route traveling through Swarthmore’s beautiful tree-lined streets and gives background information on its many magnificent trees and historic neighborhoods.

Tour tickets may be purchased for $15 at HOM, Kandy Kids Toys and Gifts, Paulson’s, Swarthmore Flowers and Gifts and War3House3 as well as at the Farmers Market from 10 a.m. until noon on September 17. On the afternoon of the tour, tickets may be purchased for $20 at 130 Harvard Avenue.

Brunch will be available before the tour at the Broad Table Tavern and the Swarthmore Co-op. Reservations are recommended. For more information, please go to www.swarthmorehistoricalsociety.org.
