The Full Monty, an American musical based on the hit 1997 British film of the same name, is a raucous and wholesome, wacky and moving story about the novel approach a bunch of underemployed steelworkers find to fame and fortune: stripping for dollars. The play, written by Terrence McNally with music by David Yazbek, won nine Tony nominations including Best Musical in 2000.
