RVCO Stages “The Music Man” at SHMS

The Rose Valley Chorus & Orchestra continues its 109th season with its production of Meredith Wilson’s romantic comedy, The Music Man, opening next Friday, April 15, at the auditorium of Strath Haven Middle School, 200 S. Providence Road in Wallingford.

The Rose Valley Orchestra plays the beloved score, while veteran and newer actors from the area tell the classic tale of the flim-flam artist Harold Hill, Marian the librarian, and the good people of River City, Iowa.

Performances of The Music Man are April 15, 16, 20 and 23, at 8 p.m., and April 16, 23, and 24, at 2 p.m. Tickets are available at the door: $20 for adults; $17 for students and seniors aged 60+; and $7 for children 12 and under.
