SPL Expands Museum Pass Program

Did you know that the Swarthmore Public Library can help you and your family get into museums without paying a dime? With its Museum Pass program, you can borrow (for three days) passes that entitle you to free admission for two adults and children to nine regional cultural and educational institutions. To borrow, simply present your Delaware County Library System card at the circulation desk of the Swarthmore library.

Two of the venues have just have been added to the program: Grounds for Sculpture in Hamilton, N.J., and the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg. They join the Academy of Natural Sciences, the Penn Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, the American Swedish Historical Society, and Morris Arboretum, all in Philadelphia; Elmwood Park Zoo in Norristown, and the American Helicopter Museum in West Chester.
