Celebration of Life Memorial Service at Plush Mills

Around 50 Plush Mills residents, staff, and family gathered Sunday, June 13, at 11 a.m. for a Celebration of Life Memorial Service. The service was held in the circle in front of the senior living residence on Plush Mill Road. Participants celebrated the lives of the 39 residents lost since last January, many due to complications caused by COVID-19. 

The service included words from General Manager Paul Rosen, music by Bruce Copp, prayers, a reading of the names, and brief spoken tributes from loved ones. 

Family members wrote thoughts on scrolls that were included in small tribute bottles of layered, colored sand to take home.
