17th Annual Swarthmore Fine Arts & Crafts Festival

The Fine Arts & Crafts Festival returns to downtown Swarthmore for the fourth year in a row. The festival will take place on Park Ave and Dartmouth Ave. The Swarthmore Farmers Market will run concurrently during the morning hours in the central parking lot next to Borough Hall. The event features over 40 local artists, live music all day and free children's activities.

On Saturday, September 21, Carl Gersbach, former Philadelphia Eagle and seven year veteran of the NFL, will appear at the Sports Legends of Delaware County’s Cavalcade of Stars Luncheon. Carl, a Swarthmore High School graduate, played football at Duke University and West Chester University, from which he graduated, prior to his seven year professional career as a NFL linebacker.
