LWV Hot Topic Luncheon: Election Influences

The League of Women Voters of Central Delaware County resumes its monthly Hot Topics luncheon series on Friday, September 13, with a talk by Robert Walker, U.S. Secret Service resident agent in charge of the Delaware field office in Wilmington. Walker will speak on the topic of “Significant Influences on the 2016 Election and Beyond,” exploring what is known and suspected about recent and threatened breaches of election security by malefactors.

The luncheon (at noon) and following presentation will be held in the Community Room of Media’s Borough Hall at 301 N. Jackson Street. The cost is $20; you may pay at the door, but please reserve your place in advance with Hank Thorne at 610-566-6474 or hthorne@verizon.net.
