The A Better Chance Strath Haven program wishes to let our community know that:
On Friday, October 4, we will have a table at the Strath Haven football game against visiting Springfield. Stop by to see us and maybe pick up a giveaway item. Go Panthers!
On Saturday, October 5, we will have a table at the Swarthmore Presbyterian Church Fall Fair, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Stop by when you’re enjoying one of the fall’s best local events.
The United Way Workplace Campaign takes place this fall at many area workplaces. ABC Strath Haven supporters have a strong tradition of giving through payroll deductions where their workplaces host the United Way campaign. Donations are easily arranged and gratefully received. In Pennsylvania, ABC Strath Haven’s donor code is 221; in Delaware it is 1168. Please note that donations for our local program must be to ABC Strath Haven specifically. Donations to the national ABC program do not trickle down to us.
As always, thank you for thinking of ABC Strath Haven. Community support is the reason this program has endured and thrived for more than 40 years, and we are truly grateful.
