To The Swarthmorean, 

The Luminaria Committee would like to remind our neighbors that the annual Luminaria Sale has begun! 

Every year on New Year’s Day, we light up the town with beautiful luminaries as a way to give thanks, celebrate community, and light the pathway for students in the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District. The largest beneficiary of the luminaria sale is ABC Strath Haven. More information about ABC Strathaven can be found at  www.abcstrathhaven.org. 

Our recent expansion into neighboring communities allows us to also benefit students in WSSD through the Foundation for Wallingford-Swarthmore Schools.  

Most residents will receive ordering information through their Block Captain. If you would like to place a luminaria order online, please visit http://luminaria.abcstrathhaven.org. The ordering window is open now through November 30. All orders will be delivered by a Block Captain or available for pick up between December 28 and December 30. The lighting is January 1 at 5 p.m.
