SRA Celebrates Oktoberfest next Saturday

The Swarthmore Recreation Association invites you to a fundraiser with an emphasis on fun, from 7 to 10 p.m. on Saturday, October 5. 

The Oktoberfest is a social event for adults only, held outdoors in the German tradition at the patio of the Swarthmore Co-op and along Lincoln Way. Ticket sales — $35 per person in advance at Swarthmorerecreation.org and $40 at the door — will benefit SRA and its superb programs for youth and adult residents of Swarthmore.

If you wish to pregame, between 5 and 7 p.m., enjoy the Swarthmore Horticultural Society‘s strolling cocktail party amidst downtown gardens decorated with local artists’ work. It starts at Gallery on Park, 104 Park Ave.
