Accidents

  • Feb. 19, 6:04 p.m.: A car driving south on N. Chester Road near the SEPTA parking lot jumped the curb when its driver became distracted. The car hit a streetlight pole and had to be towed. No one was hurt.

  • Feb. 21, 6:00 p.m.: A car heading west on Ogden Avenue tried to cross N. Chester Road in heavy traffic when it was hit by a car heading south on N. Chester Road. No one was hurt, but one of the cars had to be towed.

Alarms

Police responded to nine alarm calls, including false burglar alarms, fire alarms, and panic alarms.
